Grow Garlic Indoors
Fall is the best time to plant plump garlic(http://prolineorganic.tumblr.com/post/126832255580/grow-garlic-indoors) cloves in your garden so they can put out a generous tuft of roots over the winter for maximum harvests next summer. But if you don’t have a garden—or just can’t wait—you can grow garlic plants any time of the year in an indoor garden on a sunny windowsill, and harvest the greens all winter long.
Vitamix Recipes with Stevia or Truvia
My experience with stevia is that the white processed stevia (like Truvia) tastes too much like licorice. But whole leaves ( ground in Vitamix or ground to a powder) work fine for me. I bought some liquid made from whole leaves, but I’ve not yet cooked with it. Stevia is simply from leaves from a plant, so it is natural, extremely low calorie, will not promote tooth decay, nor influence blood sugars. Apparently, it has been used in Japan for decades with no ill effects noted.
How to make watermelon popsicles
Just cut up the watermelon, place it in a blender
(I’m a vitamix
girl) and blend away. Fill your popsicle molds
with kiwi slices, pour the watermelon puree into the molds and put them in the freezer for several hours or overnight. Run warm water over the mold for a minute or two before pulling out the popsicle. And that’s it!!
You can also make the watermelon popsicles with cantaloupe or honeydew puree, but the watermelon pops are the hands-down favorite with my kid and her friends. I do switch it up with slices of strawberry instead of kiwi, and sometimes we go all crazy and throw in both! The sweetness of the watermelon is subtle so pretty much any “accent” fruit would work.

Mashed Cauliflower Recipe
Cut the leaves of the cauliflower and discard (they taste bitter)
Place cauliflower in dutch oven or crock pot with 5 cloves of smashed garlic and rosemary leaves.
Cover with chicken broth and bring to a boil for 15 mins (check it halfway through so it doesn’t burn). Depending on your heat setting cook for as little as 10 mins. or as many as 20 mins.
Remove the cauliflower from the broth and place the cauliflower into the Vitamix or food processor. The rosemary and garlic will be chopped/ground thoroughly in the blender. Do not add the broth to the mash as it would make the mashed cauliflower too wet.
Mash the cauliflower on low until creamy smooth. Make sure to spoon down the sides so the larger chunks of cauliflower get mashed too.

Proline Organic
Like many of you, we’ve personally dealt with excess weight, joint pain, bloating, acid reflux, skin problems, high blood pressure, food cravings and an addiction to processed and sugary foods. Through our own journey to better health and well-being, we discovered that these are signs that the body is out of balance. Rather than turning (once again) to fad diets, weight-loss products and drug-store remedies, we decided to find a better, more permanent, solution and found that a total health transformation can be achieved simply through what we choose to nourish our bodies. We found that not only are natural and organic foods and products better for our health, they can help the body heal itself of all these symptoms we’ve suffered.
